What does this service include?
If an air conditioner is not cooling or heating properly, the first step is to diagnose the system. Low refrigerant is often caused by a small leak. A qualified technician first locates and repairs the leak, which may involve the connecting pipes, the evaporator (indoor coil), the condenser (outdoor coil), or outdoor-unit components such as compressor connections, solenoids, the four-way valve, or filters. Only then is the system recharged with refrigerant to help prevent the problem from recurring.
